It seems more than a bit absurd to me that a Muslim women wearing a hijab is more facially expressive and identifiable than many Aussie Mums wearing their dark sunnies in mid-winter as though they are papparazzi-hunted celebrities.Lili Marlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09303890038396510279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34851282.post-11818035543952296022011-09-16T23:14:45.465-07:002011-09-16T23:14:45.465-07:00I'd assumed it was just a fashion.
Your quest...I'd assumed it was just a fashion.

Your question did make me laugh, though! "Why won't they let other people read their minds in their eyes," ha!

@krex - I also thought your comment about people being like insects with less interesting colors was hilarious.Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10860246538349067232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34851282.post-5899640376242032242011-09-08T08:43:19.444-07:002011-09-08T08:43:19.444-07:00I've actually been observing humans from about...I've actually been observing humans from about as young as I have memories.I thought of them as insects with less interesting colors and exoskeletons . I'd probably like more of them if they had fur and liked being petted but they are an interesting puzzle when I'm in the mood for a puzzle .krexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06928818585686147616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34851282.post-22836058039239211962011-09-07T05:29:55.349-07:002011-09-07T05:29:55.349-07:00That's quite a complex explanation. My association of sunglasses for purposes other then 'sun" is seeing famous people wear them to hide their identities so perhaps people are getting less interested in letting people see them for who they are or to tired to fake being nice when they don't feel like it . I think it's become "common information from tv show trivia" that a real smile is done with wrinkles around the eyes. so perhaps the sunglasses help hide when your faking it ?krexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06928818585686147616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34851282.post-78931401935258210162011-09-05T05:00:50.839-07:002011-09-05T05:00:50.839-07:00Do you think it's something to do with Faceboo...Do you think it's something to do with Facebook and the fuss about face recognition technology?Lili Marlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09303890038396510279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34851282.post-89909004763184264162011-09-05T04:49:52.101-07:002011-09-05T04:49:52.101-07:00Maybe they increasingly feel like they have someth...Maybe they increasingly feel like they have something to hide.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
