At the moment I've been overwhelmed by a tidal wave of stuff that needs doing or should be done, most of it due to the foolish decision to breed that I made many years ago. As my stepkids' father once exclaimed in sympathy as I picked them up from an extended visit, "And they want to eat every day!"
