Thanks for the tip, Tomas. We know that as early as July 2005 the was skepticism expressed online about Tammet, as noted by Jon Sutton in a review of "The Boy with the Amazing Brain" (sic) in The Psychologist, and we know that some of that was written by Ben Pridmore. Those scientists certainly take a while to catch on.
